We would love to introduce you to Paula’s Massage and Aromatherapy service ‘Level Head It' presently in residence Thursdays and Fridays in our treatment room, first floor.
Paula provides a range of massages whether you wish for advance muscle/tissue recovery to support your fitness goals or a massage to relieve tensions and bring mental calm. She infuses her massage service in a holistic way each day blending amazing aromatherapy oils to diffuse making your massage space chilled, attentively tailors the massage to your specific needs, advising on yoga stretches when requested, making you feel nurtured during your treatment and brand new after. You can be a non-member or member at Ignite to come and have a massage.
Paula has always been into her fitness, but in previous times had health issues, which led her onto a wellbeing journey beginning with Yoga teacher training, which followed with the love and study to become certified as an Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist. She feels honoured to be able to provide this wellbeing service at Ignite, relating and supporting her client’s health needs/goals.
