We’ve set out below the terms and conditions for our Refer a Friend promotion.

• The Promoter is Ignite, Cedar House, Sopers Road, Cuffley, Herts, EN6 4RY. Myzone and Amazon.co.uk are not a sponsors of this Promotion – see below for Amazon.co.uk Gift Card General Terms. 

• The Refer a Friend Promotion will run from 7th July to the 7th August 2021 but may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice.  If the Promotion is withdrawn, any gift cards due as a result of a Qualifying Purchase made as a result of a referral will be honoured. 

• To be eligible for entry you must be a resident in the UK and be 18 years or over.

• To participate in the Refer a Friend promotion you must enter your name and your friend’s name. Entries can be made via the Ignite website via the member area referral form. By doing so, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree by referring a Friend by sharing your unique referral code with them, that we may share your name with them, so that they know who has referred them.

• You can refer as many friends as you like. A friend is any friend, family member or other member of the public, provided they are aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

• If a friend subsequently makes a qualifying purchase, you will both receive the prize. Each Friend may use their unique Amazon voucher referral code once only to make a Qualifying Purchase (but may continue to participate in the Promotion by requesting their own Referral code to share and use).

• In order to make a qualifying purchase your Friend and or you must

  • Begin an Ignite membership during the promotional period, any monthly or annual membership.

  • Successfully pay the required monthly membership fee.

  • Comply with our Terms of Use.

• The vouchers are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.  We reserve the right at any time to substitute an alternative prize of similar or greater value.

• Ignite reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the promotion and any prize if awarded must be returned immediately.

• A Voucher will be sent by email to each of you and your Friend within a month of the promotion closing.

• Ignite cannot accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will Ignite be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Incentive Promotion or prize draw or any prize connected with the Incentive Promotion and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the winner/s and/or companion/s arising out of these prizes.

• By using the Refer a Friend scheme you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety. By providing us the information you are consenting to us contacting you and your referees with further information and offers from Ignite. We will not pass, sell or trade your details with 3rd parties, and you may unsubscribe from any email communication by using the supplied link.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
